The purpose of this Agreement is to fund energy-efficient drop-in equipment including high-efficiency boilers and a heat recovery system to reduce the fuel use and greenhouse gas emissions. The result of the energy-efficient upgrades will be a reduction natural gas consumption, resulting in the reduction of greenhouse gas and criteria pollutant emissions.
