This project will remove and replace aging and inefficient compressor system equipment with drop-in ready replacement equipment at the Recipient's Livingston beverage processing facility and will remove an existing high-global warming potential (GWP) R-22 refrigeration system and retrofit it to a low-GWP ammonia refrigeration system at the Recipient's St. Helena beverage processing facility.
Project Benefits
This project will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by installing energy efficient compressors and a low global warming potential refrigeration system.
Environmental Sustainability
This project is expected to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 1,500 metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent per year.
