About Us
National Community Renaissance (National CORE) is one of the nation's largest nonprofit affordable housing developers and managers, managing over 10,000 units and supporting over 27,000 residents. They specialize in new affordable housing, preserving at-risk housing, and have decades of experience building multifamily, mixed-use, and senior housing while driving neighborhood revitalization. National CORE supports strong, vibrant, stable, healthy, and sustainable communities with new housing underpinned by long-term management and maintenance and industry-leading services such as senior wellness, preschool and afterschool programs, and family financial training.
